the location was close to the town centre (a short walk was all it took). the room was spacious. courtyard parking was available and convenient.
The noise insulation was poor. i could clearly hear other guests talking. there was no fridge in the building. It was only available in the reception area, a few minutes' walk away.

the location was acceptable.
The shower was problematic. I had to keep the power button pressed to get water. the spray handle mount did not hold properly, so it was hard to manage. i could hear every footstep in rooms nearby.

the room had a smart tv desk and onsite parking met my basic expectations
customer service was unsatisfactory the reception desk was in another building on a different street i found this inconvenient despite prepaying for the room the receptionist demanded my credit card details including the cvv she wanted to copy this information into a personal notebook i was threatened with denial of check-in if i refused this request seemed illegal and resembled fraudulent attempts

the shower wasn't great. the base was quite slippy. also, there was no easy place to put shampoo. the towel rail was not conveniently located near the shower. (i also found the bed a bit too hard.)
