the breakfast was delicious. the setting is fine with gorgeous grounds. i appreciated the walled garden.
the room was somewhat cool upon arrival, i found this unpleasant. the wood burning stove did not work. bathroom amenities were minimal.

i appreciated the warm welcome from the staff upon arrival. the room decor had a minimalist style with carefully selected artifacts. the walled garden provided beautiful late autumn colors.
the wood-burning stove in the room was not working. i found the single small mirror near the sink in the large bathroom inconvenient. breakfast one day lasted an excessively long time (it took one hour and fifteen minutes!).
