I adored the many pools. they ALL seemed very clean. the beach is very nice. Helpful and decent staff work there. cleanliness is at the BEST ON all areas.

There were no spoons in the rooms. It was hard to stir the coffee. i had to get drinks myself at the pool and walk to the bar. Some PEOPLE got served, though. i chose this hotel because it is 24-hour all-inclusive, but after midnight, there was no beer or wine. i would have needed to pay extra.
