superb city stay!
convenient locationcomplete city accesseasy self check-insmooth process
i found the location convenient. it allowed complete city access. a museum and a church were nearby too. the easy self check-in system was convenient. i received a code before arrival , made the process smooth.
i noticed a very slight delay in responses via whatsapp.

this hotel offers a modern laundry area with washing and drying machines. the cost is 3€ per use for each machine. i noted coffee, tea, and extra towels were available in a communal area.

my medium room included tea and coffee making equipment. there was also a radio. i found toiletries of good quality. the charging point in the headboard was useful. lamps provided softer lighting.

The digital check-in was very smooth. The location made it simple to walk to many tourist spots. I found the room to be very quiet and super clean. This really added to a relaxing stay.
The air conditioning was a little weak. It could have cooled the room better.

i appreciated the multiple layers of security. a pin code was necessary for building access. my room also required a pin code. having on-site laundry was very useful. i didn't need it but i noticed lockers available to store luggage.
my room seemed not properly cleaned. the bed linen gave me concern. i noticed a stain looking like tomato sauce on the duvet cover. this.

the location was acceptable with proximity to attractions and public transport.
the automated nature of the hotel was problematic no staff were on site to assist with issues i encountered a power outage in my room due to a broken bedside light and i was instructed to locate the fuse box myself furthermore the breakfast box was poor value and delivered to the wrong room with expired snacks included.
