mountaintop location thermal pools helpful staff dated room furniture condition high price
The hotel sits on a mountaintop and boasts AMAZING views of the bay and the sunset. Amenities were beautiful and CLEAN, especially the many thermal pools. The staff were helpful. They assisted me with everything I needed.
The room felt a little dated. Some of the furniture seemed old. The prices at the bar felt high. I found better deals in the town.

worn furniture excessive prices
The room was clean, but some of the furniture looked quite worn. I also found the prices at the bar excessive!!! Paying so much for a simple drink seemed like a rip-off.
