i found the constant music around the pool a bit intrusive. it was hard to fully relax because of it. i wish there was an option for a quieter area.

my room was clean and quite spacious. it included a separate lounge area. the hotel offered a bus service right outside, which i found useful. breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

the air conditioning wasn't working, i was told it was switched off for winter. the buffet food was not good. the hotel is located far from bars and restaurants, so i had to drive to get anywhere. i found this inconvenient.

the room was comfortable and clean. the staff were very helpful and friendly. breakfast choice was excellent.

we felt that because we were all inclusive we were treated differently. drinks were served in tumblers and not a gin glass. it is the little things that matter.
