Really good Stay!
extensive breakfast attentive staff fast internet
The breakfast buffet had extensive options with good quality food. Upon arrival, staff offered champagne or water. Reception staff walked me to my room. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard, and the internet was fast.
The fitness room was very warm and had a small equipment choice.

good size car parking comfortable room great breakfast untidy pool area uncut grass dirty terrace
the car park was a good size.. i found a space easily. i liked that my room was comfortable and quiet. breakfast offered a great selection.
the pool area seemed untidy. the grass needed cutting and the beds were not cleaned. i saw bird poo on the terrace, and the chairs were not wiped properly.

amazing experience
bike storage consistent food
i particularly value the bike storage and maintenance facilities (so practical for cycling enthusiasts like myself). the food remained consistently good and plentiful, always a plus.
i found the constant music around the pool a bit intrusive. it was hard to fully relax because of it. i wish there was an option for a quieter area.

a mixed experience
spacious hotel lounge area bus service non-functional air conditioning poor food remote location
my room was clean and quite spacious. it included a separate lounge area. the hotel offered a bus service right outside, which i found useful. breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.
the air conditioning wasn't working, i was told it was switched off for winter. the buffet food was not good. the hotel is located far from bars and restaurants, so i had to drive to get anywhere. i found this inconvenient.

the breakfast featured a very good selection (i liked the fresh fruit). the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. the hotel has gardens and a large swimming pool.

a generally pleasing experience
comfortable room clean room helpful staff unequal treatment tumbler drinks poor snack
the room was comfortable and clean. the staff were very helpful and friendly. breakfast choice was excellent.
we felt that because we were all inclusive we were treated differently. drinks were served in tumblers and not a gin glass. it is the little things that matter.
