The breakfast buffet had extensive options with good quality food. Upon arrival, staff offered champagne or water. Reception staff walked me to my room. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard, and the internet was fast.

The fitness room was very warm and had a small equipment choice.

the car park was a good size.. i found a space easily. i liked that my room was comfortable and quiet. breakfast offered a great selection.

the pool area seemed untidy. the grass needed cutting and the beds were not cleaned. i saw bird poo on the terrace, and the chairs were not wiped properly.

my room was clean and quite spacious. it included a separate lounge area. the hotel offered a bus service right outside, which i found useful. breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

the air conditioning wasn't working, i was told it was switched off for winter. the buffet food was not good. the hotel is located far from bars and restaurants, so i had to drive to get anywhere. i found this inconvenient.

we felt that because we were all inclusive we were treated differently. drinks were served in tumblers and not a gin glass. it is the little things that matter.
