The superior studio suited my needs well. The kitchen had great appliances and a Nespresso machine (this was a wonderful addition). I paid for garage access. I consider this a useful service.

Someone used their card to open my door while I was in the room, disconcerting. I did not see any notice about the complete self-check-in process prior to arrival. It takes a few minutes to complete self-check-in.

the apartment was clean as new. it reminded me of i was the very first guest ever to use the studio. the food provided in the refrigerator was plentiful for breakfast. the manager was so kind and very helpful with directions.

The on-site staffing was minimal. There was almost no one present, especially on weekends. i needed some assistance and it took two hours to get someone to help.

The room included a mini kitchen. It had a dishwasher and various cookware. This. The shop provided necessary items around the clock. I found this feature very convenient.

Cleaning was not properly done. The bathroom walls had toothpaste around the sink. I ended up cleaning it myself. The coffee supply ran out by 7 PM, and no one refilled it. I asked if coffee would be available in the morning, but there was no staff to refill the supplies.
