The room was stylish with some nice details. The location is great. The manager was super helpful. She retrieved a belonging I left behind after checkout.
The cold tap for the bathroom sink came off in my hands multiple times when I turned it on. The shower leaked a lot onto the bathroom floor, despite the shower door being shut. The TV remote did not work properly.

the location near farringdon station proved convenient. the stylish room featured a spacious bathroom with a roll-top bath. staff promptly assisted with a charger, demonstrating really good service! breakfast downstairs in the pub was quite nice, too.
my room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. carrying heavy luggage up the narrow, winding stairs was quite difficult. better clarity in the description regarding the absence of a lift would be helpful.

The suite included a couch and an outside patio.. I loved the bathroom because the tub was a claw tub. The ground was heated, a very nice touch. The room was quite charming and rustic.
The tap was dripping slightly in the room.

I had a super spacious room it felt different from the pictures i saw. A shower was present. the bed was so comfortable and the mini bar offered great selection. everyone was friendly and i relished the pub's food.
i noticed slight wear on the carpets but that's really all i could find that wasn't perfect.

the suite included underfloor heating in the bathroom, a king-size bed with premium bedding, and complimentary high-speed wifi. there were also blackout curtains and soundproofing and these additions really improved my sleep quality. a separate seating area featured a sofa and a work desk.

The pub downstairs offered a wide selection of beers and ales plus traditional british dishes. daily breakfast service included both buffet and a la carte options. I found the quality of ingredients high. twenty-four hour room service was available for all guests.

the staff was very helpful in arranging transportation, providing directions, and fulfilling requests quickly. i noticed that they were fluent in several languages and i could see that they were always smiling. check-in and check-out processes were fast.
