dated room, average experience
dated furniture uneven bathroom
the room i got felt quite dated. the furniture looked tired, with chips and scratches all over. even worse, the bathroom floor was uneven and felt unsafe underfoot (i stubbed my toe more than once). the balcony furniture was something i would expect to see at a garage sale.

firm bed failed sunbed allocation
the breakfast menu WAS lovely. the cleaning staff were friendly!
the bed was too firm. the sun lounger allocation system did not work as promised. i couldn't get my preferred bed. the best spots were already gone.

The room included a safe. I liked having coffee and tea making facilities in the room. The fitness center featured a good selection of machines, and I used it daily. I found free weights and cardio equipment there.

noisy air conditioning tired mattress
the hotel offered a sunbed allocation system, a detail i found acceptable.
the air conditioning in the room was noisy. cooling was also poor (i found it difficult to sleep well). the mattress was soft and tired. the sheets showed wear and tear, needing replacement.

the staff were polite and efficient of 3 nights.
the room looked quite dated, i noticed chipped furniture. additionally, the bathroom had an uneven floor that felt unsafe.

Balanced Experience
helpful staff sunbed allocation outdated bathroom poor layout
The staff's friendliness stood out. I found them very helpful. The sunbed allocation was a great system. It removed the stress of securing a spot early each morning.
The bathroom seemed outdated. I noticed some worn-out towels and fittings that was to be falling off the wall. The layout of the food for the evening meal was not great.
