a balanced stay
sea view attentive staff cold pool rushed cleaning
The room was well-appointed and comfortable. i particularly enjoyed the sea view from my beautiful double or twin room sea view. the staff were always attentive. I appreciated their readiness to help. the hotel is close to the beach. i found it easy to access.
The tv did not have netflix. It felt basic. i also found the indoor pool rather cold. i thought it could have been warmer. the cleaning lady seemed rushed on my last day. she was pressing me to leave earlier.

Really good Stay
helpful staff great sunset
I appreciated the hotel's restaurants. The staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The main lobby is nice to watch the sunset. The gym and spa were also excellent.
I noticed one of the restaurant's service could improve. There was a long wait. I did so without knowing it was not allowed. I received an unpleasant remark. I found it unfortunate.

The room provides sea views and includes everything I needed. It had first class amenities. The decor was nice. The system secured the sun loungers for the whole week.

The staff were attentive and helpful. I think the service was excellent, but not over the top. They were particularly attentive. I highly recommend the hotel. The cleaning was excellent.

The covered warm pool and gym were great facilities. I spent some time in the spa. The hotel is magnificent and sits on the beach. The hotel is well managed.

The restaurants had excellent food and a great menu. The buffet deserves special mention because it had tasty cooked treats. The wines included with our package were good. Breakfast had an abundance of options.

some issues
mediocre food rock bread
the staff were good. they were always smiling and happy to help.
the main restaurant food was mediocre at best. bread rolls were like rock. i even managed to get food poisoning there.

stained seating covers uncomfortable cushions
Our pool cabana room had several issues. The patio seating covers were stained, and the cushions lacked padding, so sitting outside was uncomfortable. it reminded me of a detail that was overlooked.
