Excellent amenities and service
attentive staff clean resort good food convenient parking
I found the staff helpful. The gardens and pool areas are pristine and well kept. The food selection offered great variety and quality (i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit). I used the convenient on-site parking each day without issue.
The beach area does have some rocky sections. This made entering the sea a little difficult.

a mixed experience at best
unwelcoming staff constant signing
the breakfast had a lot of options and tasted good (especially the fresh pastries).
the staff were professional but not particularly cute. i felt i had to constantly show my room card and sign for everything, even with the all-inclusive package. it reminded me of they expected me to pay for extras, even at checkout, and seemed disappointed when i didn't. i probably would not return.

dated rooms inadequate sunbeds
the staff were very nice. the whole facility was clean and modern.
i chose this hotel based on glowing reviews and was initially excited, but a few aspects left me disappointed. the hotel doesn't have enough sunbeds by the pool for the number of guests, and this alone would put me off returning.

ample seating vigilant lifeguards nice bonus prompt attention
The pools were great with ample seating and vigilant lifeguards. The splash pad was a nice bonus (my youngest loved it!). The waterslides provided great fun. Every request received prompt attention and a smile from the team.
I found several services available only for an extra fee.

Our room was very clean. It offered a land view. It was equipped with standard amenities, and everything was well-kept. The hotel seems to prioritize the neatness of its rooms.
