adequate stay with some disappointments

the staff were very nice. the whole facility was clean and modern.
i chose this hotel based on glowing reviews and was initially excited, but a few aspects left me disappointed. the hotel doesn't have enough sunbeds by the pool for the number of guests, and this alone would put me off returning.

The pools were great with ample seating and vigilant lifeguards. The splash pad was a nice bonus (my youngest loved it!). The waterslides provided great fun. Every request received prompt attention and a smile from the team.
I found several services available only for an extra fee.

Our room was very clean. It offered a land view. It was equipped with standard amenities, and everything was well-kept. The hotel seems to prioritize the neatness of its rooms.
