a decent stay
loungers availability attentive staff efficient service package restrictions cleaning issue poor insulation
the pool area was good. i saw plenty of loungers available. the staff was attentive. i found the bar service efficient and priced competitively. the location was also a strong point. it provides easy access to nearby attractions.
the all inclusive package had some restrictions. i thought the dining area needed more attention to cleanliness. i noticed dirty plates remained on tables for longer than expected. the sound insulation was poor, music from nearby bars kept me awake until late.

the room was a standard family room and it was bright. i found the pools were great and there were chairs available. the hotel food was good with many choices.

The location was indeed great! we had access to almost everything nearby including the beach. our superior double club room alexandre was spacious, and kept very clean. i appreciated they gave me a bottle of champagne. It was for my birthday.

totally awesome stay!
kind staff central location available sunbeds
The staff was kind and helpful! they even surprised me with a bottle of bubbly for my birthday, how thoughtful! the location is super convenient. Everything is within walking distance, which i found very safe traveling solo. plus, there were plenty of sunbeds available even later in the morning!
the music from a nearby club was a bit loud some nights.

excellent equipment pool area separate sinks
i found the gym had excellent equipment. it included three treadmills. it included two stationary bikes. the pool area was clean. it featured twenty loungers. it also included a shaded section. the room had separate sinks. it also featured a rainfall shower.
the buffet lacked some seasonings for my taste.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
spacious rooms quick service
The rooms are spacious and very clean. Service during dinner was quick. The hotel provided lots of poolside space (i enjoyed the sunshine) with plenty of sunbeds, and the activities available were good. I appreciated hotel accessibility to after-dinner coffee in the evening, the prices for wine were listed clearly.
The shower tap broke on the second day of my stay. I reported it to reception for three consecutive days (i kept reminding them), but nobody ever came to repair the issue.

rainfall shower fantastic staff pool area sliding door
the hotel room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the bar staff was fantastic. the pool area had many chairs to sit. rooms are recently renovated and nice.
i noticed the air con can do with an upgrade. the sliding door to the room doesn't shut properly.
