I appreciated the central location, providing easy access to everything. My room was clean and included amenities such as a minibar and a safe. The rooftop pool was a highlight.
I experienced a minor inconvenience. The lighting in my room could have been improved. It felt somewhat dim, especially in the evenings, difficult to read or work comfortably. Additional brighter lighting would be beneficial.

the double or twin room sitting area had ample space. it featured a comfortable seating area for relaxation. i appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided each day, they smelled like roses and cinnamon.
the street noise was noticeable at times though it didn't drastically affect my sleep.

the rooftop pool offered superb views. there were parasols for shade near the pool. the hotel also featured two cafes built into the frontage for added convenience, i thought that was quite charming.

the reception staff were friendly and helpful, they readily provided extra blankets. i also found the reduced rates on municipal parking useful. a kettle and cups were provided upon request, the service was prompt.

the location was perfect for exploring nearby museums. restaurants were within easy reach, so many dining options. the hotel is very close to the civic center.

the room felt very spacious. it featured a large wardrobe offering plenty of storage. the bed was very comfortable, it was a cloud. the bathroom provided well-scented soaps, it was luxurious.
