The hotel location is very convenient. The metro is only a two minute walk. It was very easy to navigate the city. I found the restaurant staff friendly and the housekeeping was great, the staff were very helpful throughout my stay!

The location worked well for me. It allowed easy access to many sites. the staff were helpful, and the rooms were nice. the breakfast was also lovely.
she was particularly rude each day of my stay. She should not treat people with anger over minor requests.

I enjoyed the excellent location. There was easy access to the subway. the building have nice architecture. the breakfast offered tasty food with many options. the room had a good size. The decorations seemed nice, and the bed was very comfortable.
the lady on reception wasn't friendly checking in, she seems rude. also, the night staff did not look helpful.

my superior king room included a spacious bathroom. the room feature a large, comfy bed with clean, soft linens. amenities such as fresh towels and toiletries were readily available and replenished daily.

I enjoyed the hotel's location near Hero's Square and Andrássy Avenue. Public transport options are easily accessible including a metro station and bus routes. The neighborhood is peaceful with embassies nearby and the room's color scheme was lovely.
The hotel lacks a dedicated parking lot. I had to find street parking and pay extra at an ATM since the nearby parking lot does not accept cards. This caused an inconvenience.
