The staff were friendly, and they helped a lot. The room had good amenities and a comfortable bed. the location is in pest, near the metro. They surprised us with a hungarian wine bottle on my birthday, very kind.
the room wasn't as bright because it had little daylight.

the room arrangement wasn't good at all, the toilet was just inside the room, so it wasn't private, and the layout felt wrong, i really didn't like it.

my visit unfolded with a gentle ease, thanks to the meticulous cleanliness of the rooms, i noticed every corner gleamed. the staff possessed hearts full of kindness, particularly the reception team whose warm smiles were a constant. each morning began with their thoughtful assistance, a true testament to their dedication.
i did notice a faint odour within the room, like a lingering echo of past smoke. though efforts were made to freshen the air, a subtle after-smell persisted.
