This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful . I particularly enjoyed the central location. The breakfast had many choices!!!
I noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom. A bit more attention to maintenance would enhance the overall experience.

The hotel boasts a modern design with luxurious details, evident throughout the immaculate and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Our room, a Superior Double or Twin Room, was tastefully decorated and quite spacious. The room also featured numerous amenities. I especially liked the large bathroom. Breakfast was diverse, offering options that satisfied everyone in my party.
The air conditioning was not functioning correctly , requiring me to keep the window open at night.

I found the location convenient. It was central to many sites. two ladies at reception were very helpful at check-in. the lady who checked me in gave a thorough explanation. Her customer service was AMAZING!!!
They did not provide complimentary water bottles. That would have been a great addition for a 4-star experience.
