The hotel provided free hot drinks in the lobby, which I found really convenient. My room had a meeting room, a computer, and a printer. I used the printer for some documents I needed to print, and I also enjoyed access to trams and the metro.
The bathroom door had gaps. I could hear everything. I asked for bedside reading lamp, but it didn't work . I found the room small.

the hotel's location was convenient, very close to many points of interest.
the advertised spa facilities were closed, a real disappointment. the bar also wasn't functioning, even though it was listed as an amenity. i would have chosen a different hotel if i had known about these closures in advance.

The advertised spa facilities were closed for a long time. A bit disappointing. there was mold in the shower, which i found rather unpleasant. plus, the bathroom door had noticeable gaps between the door and frame. Not ideal for privacy.

Simply Superb Stay

The hotel location was quite convenient, especially near the parliament building. The room was impeccably clean, and i found the shower to be VERY refreshing. I enjoyed the unlimited complimentary coffee, a thoughtful gesture.
i noticed the bathroom door lacked a proper seal. This impacted privacy, as sounds were easily audible from the bedroom. It was a minor inconvenience, but one worth noting.

The breakfast offered a lovely continental selection. It included both hot and cold options. Fresh fruit was ALWAYS available. The unlimited coffee and tea service in the reception area was particularly appreciated.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and were keen to assist. They were genuinely cute and ready to help with directions or information. I appreciated their great approach.
