the breakfast selection featured MANY hot options. the hotel provides complimentary luggage storage AFTER checkout, a very USEFUL service.
the gym was small, SO it felt a bit crowded during peak hours.

The shower was excellent. It was probably the best I have ever used. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. The gym operated 24/7, a great benefit. I also appreciated the 24/7 reception service. It was very convenient.
My room was not cleaned once . The carpet was not vacuumed despite crumbs being visible.

the beds were very comfortable. the gym exceeded my expectations and offered a good range of equipment. breakfast was decent, providing various options to choose from, but the location stood out. it was excellent and convenient for exploring the area.
i noticed a slight lack of water replenishment each day during cleaning.

The location was excellent with many places to visit nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful . I especially appreciated the free fresh water available on the hallway.
There were only two tea options available and neither was black tea.

The room had an iron machine and table, as well as a hairdryer. The sheets and towels were changed almost daily which was very nice. The overall cleanliness of the room was excellent too.

The hotel is close to top interest places to visit. A metro station is around the corner. There are also bus, tram, and trolley stations to reach any place you want in the city.

The lounge area is spacious and comfortable to sit in. The hotel keeps your luggage in a locker after checkout. Free parking is available which I appreciated. The gym is a decent size.

lovely smellwifi contact
the room was super clean. i was struck by a lovely smell upon entering, i wish i knew what it was. being able to use whatsapp to contact housekeeping was particularly good as i could use the wifi to contact them, and they dealt with all enquiries immediately.
the breakfast area was very small for the number of customers
