Excellent Barcelona Stay!

The staff at the front desk were helpful. The breakfast had great food variety and fresh juice. I had a spacious room with comfortable beds and linens. I appreciated the professional service at reception and in the breakfast area.
The fitness center lacked equipment.

The staff was kind, professional, and helpful. Anna efficiently accommodated my early check-in request. i appreciated maria sanchez, the manager, inquiring about my comfort. the provided free water after my long trip was very welcome, and i liked the drink voucher for skipping room cleaning.
the rooftop terrace had a slight issue with noise late at night affecting sleep quality.

Good location, some minor issues

The hotel has a great location to discover the city. The staff were very cute and professional. I was able to check in early, which I appreciated. They upgraded my room to a suitewith been recently renovated and I was grateful.
I noticed a slight smell of toilet in the room I stayed. This was not very enjoyable, but I informed the receptionist.
