rooftop barcleaning inconsistencyridiculous waiting time
the rooftop bar offered a view i did find to be good, and the bed in the room was also good.
The cleanliness was not consistent. I noticed shortcuts were taken, and toiletries WEREN'T replaced. getting front desk service proved difficult, an issue i found frustrating. furthermore, luggage storage was convenient, management definitely needs to improve the process. The lobby is small and the waiting time became ridiculous.

lovely viewhelpful stafflimited space
the room offered a lovely city view from our window. the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed directions (i tend to get lost easily).
sometimes i waited a long time, especially during peak hours. also, the room felt a bit small for the price. i found storage space was limited.

The room was super clean. i also liked that there was a rooftop bar experience. It was a 10/10. the view was AMAZING!!!
