Spacious and Convenient Stay

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite, and it reminded me of a proper apartment. the living room was spacious, and the kitchenette was a definite plus. housekeeping was excellent, promptly delivering extra blankets when we needed them. the location was ideal. It was quiet, yet still central.
the bathroom had some dirt. although i told the staff, it was never cleaned . this was a bit disappointing, given the otherwise positive experience.

The one-bedroom suite offered ample space, almost like an apartment. a spacious living room and a useful kitchenette added to the comfort. the separate bedroom provided privacy and quiet for restful nights. I slept soundly.

While i didn't dine extensively at the hotel, i noticed a restaurant adjoining the hotel. several cafes and small restaurants were nearby, with a range of dining choices. That was convenient.

The location provided easy access to the 6 line from 33rd or grand central. the hotel was situated away from the busiest areas. this quieter location still felt central to the city. This location was awesome.

I liked the location. It was a good distance to many places I wanted see. the staff was very professional. They seem very helpful with every request I had. The room was spacious and very clean. I liked having a lot room to move around in.
The rooftop bar was expensive. One beer and a cocktail cost more than I expected. there was a room tax of almost $50 a night. I think this is too high. The room was a bit dark. There was no ceiling lights, just lamps.

David and Jean greeted us upon arrival with courteous service. They assisted with our luggage and directed us to the check-in desk (I found this quite helpful). The location on Lexington Avenue is convenient. It is ideal for visiting many attractions.
The room felt somewhat lived in, and a cobweb was visible in the corner. Despite reporting it to the staff twice, the cobweb was not removed . I sleep with AC on at every hotel but was informed that AC wasn't available due to the season. I was told to open the window instead.
