The staff was very friendly and accommodating. the room and beds were comfortable. i found the atmosphere quite peaceful and restful. It seemed like a real sanctuary after the bustle of the city.
the location wasn't ideal, though it was manageable. i also thought the swimming pool being advertised as heated but not actually heated was disappointing! i felt this was a minor but significant letdown.

the junior suite was super clean! the beds were comfy and every staff member was so nice. i really appreciated omar and karima because they suggested cool places to eat and even booked taxis. all i did was show up, it was awesome! breakfast was seriously plentiful and varied. the staff were helpful. everything was kept super clean.
the minibar prices felt slightly expensive.

the location was not ideal. the listing advertised a heated swimming pool. i was disappointed to find it was not heated . this affected my overall experience, especially as i booked with the expectation of using that facility.

every detail was extra! the team gave so much hospitality. nothing was too much trouble. breakfast was varied and delicious. each day included new local pastries. berber eggs were prepared on my last day! transport was arranged for nightlife.
the swimming pool was advertised as heated. it was not heated .
