The breakfast service was unsatisfactory. The buffet lacked variety, and staff did not promptly replenish items, particularly after 9:30 AM. I requested refills. They brought a small plate from the kitchen. The staff seemed reluctant and provided minimal service, a contrast to expectations.

Wonderful Hotel Experience

The location was excellent as it was a short walk from the train station. The room I had featured mountain views and was very clean. I found the pool and spa facilities to be well-kept. The complimentary homemade cake and coffee offered each afternoon added a nice touch after a long day.
The wellness area closed relatively early, which limited opportunities for evening relaxation.

I liked that breakfast offered many choices. The family room seemed like two separate rooms providing ample space. Shuttle services were also available. This made luggage transport convenient for us. The room provided some views of the Matterhorn from our window.
The front desk staff did not seem very helpful at times.

fresh juicesindoor poolmassage walk
wow, breakfast rocked it with so much. i saw cooked stuff and homemade muesli, salmon even. local charcuterie, eggs, pancakes, juices, coffee, pastries too. i totally loved the spa it had like indoor and outdoor pools. i was in wet and dry saunas. there were ice bath dips and a rock massage walk. finding loungers was so easy.
the gym did not open for long enough, and , made it hard.
