Really good Stay with Matterhorn Views

The room was spacious with multiple balconies. Amazing views of the Matterhorn were visible from each balcony. Staff members were friendly. They were always ready to assist us. The hotel provided transport from the train station. This made our arrival smooth.
The room had a mix of old and modern furniture creating an atmosphere lacking cohesive artistic direction though the overall experience was excellent.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. It easily catered to all tastes. Dinner had a menu with high-quality ingredients and careful preparation of food. This made our meals special. The bar was a great spot to unwind with an Aperol Spritz, and I appreciated it after skiing.

The hotel provided free transport from the train station and it made our arrival convenient. The bar offered a relaxing atmosphere to have drinks after dinner. I noticed the availability of a fondue chalet, and it looked a special culinary experience.

Our apartment was fantastic and it featured two separate rooms, this ensured privacy. Spacious balconies provided great views. I particularly enjoyed the Matterhorn view. The cleaning service was really good. They washed the dishes with the washing machine every day if needed.

The service was really good. The waitstaff were friendly. The Argentinian waiter stood out with his excellent recommendations. I noticed that the staff member from Portugal was professional and warm.

The location is quiet at night so a restful sleep is ensured. The hotel is a short walk to the North Wall pizzeria. Julen restaurant is also nearby, and we enjoyed some wonderful meals there.

comfortable stay with amazing service

i found the staff very friendly, especially niko. location was great, and i had a beautiful view and balcony. the shuttle pickup from the train station was really convenient, i appreciated that service a lot.
the ventilation system made industrial noise, it ran until late in the evening. it was hard to relax because of this noise. sound insulation seemed poor, i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms clearly.

the breakfast buffet offered good choices, everything seemed fresh. i also noticed a free shuttle service to and from the train station, this made my arrival very smooth. it added an extra layer of convenience to my stay.
