i found the team attentive and always ready to assist! the welcome treats were such a nice touch, i thought. i loved the comfort and overall atmosphere of the room.
It was quite busy during breakfast. I noticed a bit of a wait time. the pool seemed very popular, so finding a spot was sometimes tricky!

the staff was amazing, offering assistance with luggage and even removing airport cling wrap. a waiter named mr g was helpful, suggesting delicious dishes. our housekeeper, unathi, provided excellent service.

The room was spacious, clean, and stylish. It had beautiful views! the bed was comfortable. i loved how much light filled the space! it was wonderful to have two bathrooms available in the room.

The room was spacious and clean I found it acceptable.
The pool was always full It was difficult to find a spot to sit. Breakfast had a long wait time It was too busy. I got food poisoning I suspect the chicken wraps I ordered at the pool restaurant.
