The hotel boasts a ski-to-door access. Ski rental service was convenient. The spa was amazing and relaxing after skiing.
The shuttle into the town took a bit long sometimes (especially during peak hours).

the staff was really helpful at the ski shop, it was ok i guess.
the asian restaurant was a disaster, the tuna tasted awful. it was even worse when they brought my ruinart champagne in wine glasses, really? and warm too! the shuttle took ages to come, i had to wait so long in the cold.

the ski rental service was convenient as it is in the hotel. the hotel's design was nice. the room was spacious, i liked that. it was comfortable too.
our final bill had some euros added at check-out. the explanation given involved a computer glitch. i also needed to give some euros to tip hotel staff, and that was added to our bill too. the half board had an allowance that was not enough considering the prices.
