Underwhelming Spa and Room Issues

Breakfast was very good. I know the place is famed for it.

The spa experience was disappointing. It was not relaxing and serene and it reminded me of my teenage years (when I worked as a pool lifeguard). The steam room was barely warm, and the sauna was only modestly warm as well.

I booked the Olive Mews suite and it was unbelievably spacious. I found the sauna, steam room and huge spa bath amazing. The provided breakfast had super, quality produce. Staff gave excellent service and were always helpful.

I did notice that the hot tub was not as clean as expected upon arrival.
