The staff was very friendly and helpful . the location is excellent, nestled in the eden valley. I found it quite picturesque. the restaurant impressed me with a large variety of dishes. Portions were a good size. my room included all the appliances i expected.
My room was a bit small. It felt more compact than the photos suggested, though it was clean

the staff were friendly and helpful when i needed a uk plug adaptor. the setting near the eden river was very nice. the english breakfast was yummy and filling.
the chips i received with my meal were not good. they were so hard i could barely cut them. this made the overall meal disappointing.

my room felt a little small, it lacked space for a dog bed. i noticed a musty smell that i didnt appreciate in my room, so i opened a window.
