lovely family stay
high quality breakfast wide variety excellent addition well-kept pool
the breakfast offered high quality options and a wide variety. the playroom was an excellent addition for children. the swimming pool was also very well-kept and enjoyable. the hotel has entertainment for children, and that kept them busy during our vacation.
the bathroom was small, and the furniture looked a bit old, but everything was clean

the staff made sure that adults and children felt welcome. all the staff were helpful and friendly . the receptionist changed our room on arrival as she noticed my walking difficulty.

thorough housekeeping good variety small bathroom basic furniture
the room was very clean i appreciated the thorough housekeeping. the breakfast offered good variety it was easy to find something i liked.
the bathroom was rather small i found it a bit cramped. the furniture seemed quite basic perhaps needing an update.

a somewhat underwhelming experience
moldy bathroom cold jacket potato
the breakfast offered a good range of choices.
The bathroom wall had mold. also, the bar meal i ordered, a jacket potato with cheese and beans, arrived cold. it needed reheating. I found it disappointing. the view from my room faced the back of the hotel. There was no sea view, so i didn't think it was value for money.

noisy room slamming door
The staff were pleasant and helpful. This aspect met my expectations.
The room was far too noisy. I could hear people walking and doors slamming at all hours. This made it difficult to sleep. The noise from other guests continued late into the night and resumed early in the morning.

Balanced stay, some minor issues
central location friendly staff clean facilities small room building work poor bathroom
The location was very close to the town centre. It made exploring easy. The staff were friendly and tried their best to assist. My evening meal was perfect. I especially liked how clean everything was.
The room I had was quite small for the price. I wasn't informed there was building work, and it was noisy early in the morning. The taps on the sink were too far back and it was difficult to wash hands. Water spilled onto the floor.

thin wall screaming children
The location was good. It was easy to get around.
The noise was horrendous. Children were screaming in the pool until late. The thin walls allowed conversations from the adjacent room to be heard clearly. I barely slept .
