The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room offered a comfortable layout. The frosted glass door separated the bathroom and toilet areas. It provided a nice touch. I found many bus stops nearby allowing easy access to the city.
The location was a bit outside the center requiring some travel.

i found the staff very friendly. the bed was comfortable! the spacious bathroom added to my charmed experience. the breakfast offered a variety of gluten-free options, something i greatly appreciated. i was also happy to see the hotel arranged taxis efficiently.
The air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. It was either too hot or too cold.

the breakfast had a good spread. the bathroom was huge and very clean. the parking space was just opposite the road and felt secure.
the air condition did not regulate temperatures properly. i woke up several times during the night sweating. there was no kettle and coffee or tea upon arrival, i had to request them.

The breakfast had a wide range of options. i found the food and drinks to be really appealing. the breakfast room had a wall of windows and that let in a great amount of light. the location was excellent. I could easily walk to the main shopping streets.
There was no kettle with coffee or tea in the room when i got there. i had to ask for one at the reception, mentioning it was unusual for a hotel of this supposed standard. the minibar in my initial room wasn't working properly. an employee suggested it was because guests put their own things in there. That sounded dubious to me.
