Fantastic Hotel Experience!
kind personnel evening restaurant great food eco policy
I found the reception personnel kind and helpful. The hotel has a restaurant that serves food in the evening, which I appreciated. The prices are good. The food tasted great. the hotel's eco policy, with room cleaning every two days, aligns well with sustainability efforts. I consider that a plus.
The nearest metro station was a 10-minute walk. Buses did not seem frequent enough to justify taking them.

The room was very clean, and everything felt new. It included a comfortable keycard system. There was everything I needed for my short stay. The double glazing kept my room very quiet. That's very important to me.

new facilities nice bathrooms comfy beds thoughtful addition
the facilities was new and well-kept, this included the bathrooms. beds provided were acceptably comfy. i appreciated the breakfast option for €15, it felt worth the price. i found the water dispenser on each floor a thoughtful addition.
I noticed some dust in the room upon arrival. More thorough floor cleaning could improve the experience.

the staff responded quickly to requests and provided assistance, they were friendly and helpful! during breakfast hours, they ensured that buffet items were consistently refilled, this prevented shortages.

Breakfast included standard options, it provided everything needed. i enjoyed the quality coffee from the coffee machine! the hotel bar offered drinks such as aperol spritz. They were prepared expertly by the bartender.

The hotel is equipped with a functional water machine on every floor! this allowed me to refill my water bottle easily. parking was accessible and convenient. I found it easy to locate a spot.

clean enviroment friendly staff fashion theme great location
I liked how clean this place was. The staffs seemed friendly. The hotel has a fashion theme which I found cool. I also liked how close it was to a match at San Siro. It was the aim of the trip.
I found the rooms to be smaller than what I anticipated.

totally awesome stay near the metro!
friendly staff huge selection water fountain
the staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions. breakfast had a huge selection, with so many choices. i totally loved that i could refill my water bottle at the water fountain on each floor, so convenient and eco-friendly. the rooms were super clean, this is always a plus.
the location was a bit of a walk to the metro, it was a 10-minute walk. it was manageable, though.

sufficient towels quick process
the room was spacious and contained sufficient towels. there was also coffee and tea available in my comfort plus room. the check-in process was quite quick and efficient. a nice patio area allows guests to enjoy the outdoors.
the breakfast service was a bit basic.
