the staff was wonderful and very helpful. the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit and a good selection of cheeses. i was able to easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. my room had a spacious balcony with lovely views.
the walls were quite thin and i could hear noise from the hallway sometimes

The hotel's location near the beach was convenient.
The staff were consistently unhelpful and seemed annoyed by guest requests. I asked for extra towels. It took three calls and over an hour to arrive. This lack of attentiveness and slow service was FRUSTRATING.

the staff wasn't very friendly, i feel they ignored me most of the time, they seemed to only pay attention to certain guests and that not make me feel good.
