The staff was very helpful. i especially appreciated the tram right outside. It goes straight to the duomo. the breakfast selection had many choices.
the street noise bothered me some, since the place is on a road with many motorbikes at night.

the hotel provides complimentary luggage storage post-checkout which benefited me. there also is a 24-hour reception desk which i used. they have free wifi throughout the building, easy to stay connected.

I LOVE how close the hotel is to everything. The tram to the Duomo is just outside the door. BREAKFAST had an excellent selection, i ate so much. The staff were SOOO helpful .
The street noise was noticeable, particularly with motorbikes at night.

The hotel location is near the canals and many restaurants. A tram stops right outside. breakfast included bread, ham, cheese, yogurt, and fruit.
The street was noisy. Many motorbikes passed by at night.
