Excellent Stay with Great Staff
efficient check-in wide selection spacious room
The reception team arranged my check-in efficiently. They offered a wide selection of beverages and snacks as a welcome drink. The parking facility was conveniently located. The room was spacious and the bathroom was super clean.
The shower head was slightly loose in my room.

metro station secure parking
The metro station was close. It was a five-minute walk. A parking lot was available directly at the hotel, secure for my car.
The bathroom door did not close completely.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great.
I found that the air conditioning unit blew cold air directly onto the left side of the bed, making it quite uncomfortable at night.

excellent stay near san siro
staff friendliness room upgrade breakfast selection clean room
the hotel staff were very friendly i received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival which was a nice surprise jenny was especially helpful at check out and arranged transportation the breakfast offered a full selection of items to choose from i found the variety quite satisfying the room was very clean with good water pressure in the bathroom i appreciated this detail.
the hotel location is a bit far from duomo and galleria i spent extra money on taxis for convenience though great restaurants are nearby

the staff was very warm and helpful from the moment i arrived jenny and alex at the front desk provided excellent service they offered restaurant recommendations and even provided an umbrella when it rained this showed their dedication.

the room was functional and always kept tidy the bed provided comfortable sleep ensuring i was well rested each morning the room also had new infrastructure offering a cozy and modern atmosphere .

friendly staff comfortable bed quiet room easy transportation
The staff was friendly and efficient during my short stay. Nicola was especially helpful. my room was surprisingly quiet! the bed was quite comfortable! i found the location worked well for access to public transportation.
I was slightly disappointed that the minibar selection was somewhat limited. It's a minor point though!

fantastic stay!
welcome gift helpful staff nice night onsite parking
the staff greeted me with a welcome gift upon arrival and gave me a souvenir at checkout. the entire team was friendly and helpful, especially francesco, the bartender. he, particularly during euro 2024 matches. onsite parking was available, great (i could park my car easily!).
i found the pillows to be a bit too soft for my liking. it's a very slight detail, but worth mentioning for those who prefer firmer support.

the comfy double room included crisp, clean sheets and careful traditional decoration. a large bathroom featured a well-received bath and provided ample space to relax after a long day. the room was also clean and tidy.
