perfect central stay
central location friendly staff
I appreciated the hotel's location. Most attractions were a short walk. the complimentary cocktail offered upon arrival was a nice touch. the staff were always friendly and ready to help with directions. i liked the quietness of the cul-de-sac location (this really helped with restful sleep).

our junior suite included a spacious bathroom. it offered nice toiletries and comfortable bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. the room's decor was tasteful, with lovely artwork enhancing the atmosphere (it felt very homely).

stair uncleanliness unavailable room service
the location was acceptable , being close to attractions.
the cleanliness needs work , especially on the stairs. it's disappointing given what i paid. also, the room service advertised as 24/7 was unavailable after midnight.

superior location friendly staff
the location was superior! the staff proved friendly and helpful. shopping and the magnificent duomo are nearby. the breakfast spread was excellent for a boutique hotel.
the cleanliness should be improved, in the bedrooms and the stairs! this is disappointing for the price charged.

the front desk staff displayed genuine friendliness and willingness to assist. the concierge recommendations for dinner proved excellent . the staff's attentiveness contributed positively to the overall experience.

this location is off via dante! it offers convenient proximity to the duomo, castle, and metro station. the hotel's position on a cul de sac ensures a very quiet environment.

inadequate cooling significant noise
The cooling system was inadequate I expected air conditioning. The system switched to heating early. My room reached uncomfortable temperatures with no adjustment possible. Street noise was significant with windows open. I did not sleep well because of it.
