superior locationfriendly staffpoor cleanliness
the location was superior! the staff proved friendly and helpful. shopping and the magnificent duomo are nearby. the breakfast spread was excellent for a boutique hotel.
the cleanliness should be improved, in the bedrooms and the stairs! this is disappointing for the price charged.

the room on the upper floor was spacious, with a well-sized bathroom. nice toiletries were provided. the junior suite room had comfortable dimensions and offered a relaxing environment!

this location is off via dante! it offers convenient proximity to the duomo, castle, and metro station. the hotel's position on a cul de sac ensures a very quiet environment.

The cooling system was inadequate I expected air conditioning. The system switched to heating early. My room reached uncomfortable temperatures with no adjustment possible. Street noise was significant with windows open. I did not sleep well because of it.
