The location was amazing. Close to everything I wanted to see (i especially enjoyed the proximity to broadway). the hotel lobby had a stylish vibe with a bar, a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. my beautiful king room exceeded my expectations, with ample space and all necessary amenities.
it was a minor inconvenience (but frustrating nonetheless).

The staff was super friendly I found Jeff at reception particularly helpful he was always smiling and ready to assist. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was ideal with easy access to main attractions and subway lines.
I noticed the bathroom ventilation was quite loud. It was a bit disruptive especially during the night and early mornings.

helpful staffamazing luggage assistance
the staff was helpful with reservations after my flight was canceled, this made things easier. jeff was amazing with luggage and helped schedule the ride back to the airport when i checked out.
the bed was very soft and the pillows fairly stiff, this hurt my neck (but this might be personal preference).
