Charming Stay Downtown

The location is fantastic. It allowed us to easily visit theaters. Central Park and Times Square were within walking distance. The upstairs lounge was useful. We relaxed and had coffee there. The front desk staff were friendly. They provided helpful tips. This exceeded my expectations.
This made it hard to use them during peak times.

Breakfast on the top floor was sumptuous. What a nice place to eat, really. Freshly made bagels were available. A pancake auto-making machine stood ready among other yummy food and drinks.

The room was spacious and clean. The shower was amazing. The kitchen area gave us a fridge and hot water for tea. This was very helpful!

The rooms were big. The biggest I had seen in the city, and the price was fair.
The window in my room WAS broken, and cold air entered. I made two reservations with a five-day gap between them and they refused to store my luggage during that time
