convenient access park views superb comfort
the location was ideal with easy access to the subway and central park. A dual aspect room included park views and an extra bathroom. the main bed offered superb comfort.

fluffy towels comfortable bed
Every employee was cute. The room contained French doors that open to a separate bedroom. The king size bed was comfortable and the bedding was good. I found the water pressure in both showers to be excellent. Fluffy towels added to my comfort.
The hotel seemed to need a refresh. The elevator was slow.

the suite was spacious, a detail i found acceptable for the price.

Excellent Midtown Hotel
central location spacious room amazing shower
The hotel is located close to many attractions. Times Square and Central Park are easily accessible. The room was quite spacious. The shower was amazing and provided plenty of hot water. The kitchen area included a fridge for storing drinks and snacks.
The elevators were sometimes slow during peak hours.

Charming Stay Downtown
excellent location walking distance upstairs lounge friendly staff
The location is fantastic. It allowed us to easily visit theaters. Central Park and Times Square were within walking distance. The upstairs lounge was useful. We relaxed and had coffee there. The front desk staff were friendly. They provided helpful tips. This exceeded my expectations.
The elevators were limited. This made it hard to use them during peak times.

Breakfast on the top floor was sumptuous. What a nice place to eat, really. Freshly made bagels were available. A pancake auto-making machine stood ready among other yummy food and drinks.

broken window elevator congestion
The rooms were big. The biggest I had seen in the city, and the price was fair.
Only two elevators were working, and one broke down, causing congestion that lasted for many minutes. The window in my room WAS broken, and cold air entered. I made two reservations with a five-day gap between them and they refused to store my luggage during that time
