Wonderful stay!

The location was very convenient. I easily walked to many attractions. The room included plentiful luxe robes. The hotel provided compliments waters in the room upon my arrival. Staff members were super friendly. This created a cute atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent quality and a great way to start my day (i loved the omelets!).
I noticed some street noise at night. I stayed on a lower floor.

The gym has three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. Guests can access water stations with flavored water in the lobby. This hotel offers good exercise options (a plus for a healthy routine).

cramped roomdim lighting
the room felt a bit cramped, i was in a "king room city view". there wasn't much space to move around. also, the in-room lighting was dim, not ideal for working or reading.

an anniversary to remember!
room upgradesafe boxrooftop barroom insulation
i visited, celebrating my love, i found the kindest souls. the staff gifted us a room upgrade with credit at the restaurant, this was sweet. the room had what we needed, a wardrobe, and a safe box. the rooftop bar was great, with special drinks, it felt romantic.
the room was cozy, yes, but we did heard the neighbors like it was our room. it was disturbing at night. we also didn't find any water for free, only for gold members.

this hotel has a convenient location near major attractions. bryant park is only a couple of minutes away (i enjoyed a morning stroll). the rooftop bar offers very good views, and discounted parking was available nearby. access to the subway is easy from the hotel.
i found a half-full water bottle in my room upon arrival.
