the hotel offered bikes. it was a very quick way to get around. there was also a tram line right outside the hotel.
i went downstairs to the lobby at 05:05. there was nobody at the reception. one of the staff shouted at me.

The staff were friendly. the room included a spare bed, perfect for my child. beds felt comfy. I also liked the good hair dryer. i used the sauna and fitness room and found them great.
i experienced a minor issue with the mini bar service upon arrival, as the paid amenity was not initially provided. it took some time to resolve this issue. it caused an inconvenience. i hope it will be fixed soon.

The hotel location is convenient, a reasonable distance from the city center. The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff were very helpful . The room was spacious. It also included cat food bowls, and treats upon our arrival since we had our cat. I found this to be a very thoughtful touch.

the room included a refrigerator. this was quite useful for storing drinks.
the air conditioning was not effective. the room remained too warm. the bar was closed during lunch hours, so obtaining water was not possible.
