The receptionists were very attentive. They allowed me to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room featured a very comfortable bed, I loved it!
The soundproofing in the room was not perfect. I could occasionally hear noises from neighboring rooms.

the room was very quiet. it had been newly renovated, and the bathroom was very clean. shower pressure works good.
i noticed the absence of complimentary tea items in the room. this would be a simple, appreciated addition.
