Excellent Location with Modern Amenities

The staff provided a warm welcome upon my arrival. The location is excellent. It is very close to Marienplatz and local stores. The room featured modern technology, including a music player and a towel warmer in the bathroom. A Nespresso machine was also available, A NICE addition.

The room lacked a refrigerator which was slightly inconvenient.

Breakfast offered plentiful options and the freshness of the made-to-order coffee stood out. The breakfast buffet provided quality items though its size was moderate. There was a nice variety, ensuring that all guests found something to their liking.

The hotel features a bar, and live music on Saturdays on the rooftop bar could be heard on the second floor until 10 PM. The hotel provides parking, a VERY convenient amenity. There's also a supermarket close by, great.

check-in was smooth, i got a cappuccino right away. i also received one at checkout both for me and the wife. the bar always had people in it. every morning room service arrived precisely. i could walk nearly everywhere i wanted to go.

the room got little natural light, it seemed dim even with every light on.

terrible lightingno fridge

My stay wasnt ideal. the room lighting was terrible. Even with all the lights ON, it remained dim. the lack of a fridge in the downtown apartment was a BIG letdown. it felt cheap, not what i EXPECTED from a four-star hotel.
