the rooms were spacious and well equipped. the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. a/c provided fabulous cooling with the heat we experienced .
directions and entry information were limited causing confusion. a map with clearer instructions would have been helpful. expectations from the brochure pictures did not match the reality of the apartment.

staff ensured the keycard was in our room before arrival. the boiler heated up in time because of this detail. the concierge put the keycard in our room before arrival making our experience nice.

The apartment was spacious. it had great facilities and shops within walking distance. a short taxi ride took me onto the strip. i used the indoor pool and spa. It was lovely and relaxing. reception staff was very helpful and they did everything they could to help.
the room was not the cleanest and not up to "luxury" standards. minimal limescale and mold was visible in the shower. the kitchen had minimal equipment from ikea. the balcony was in the shade.

the apartment was clean enough.
the hot water system was inconvenient. if it wasn't sunny, we had to turn on the electric backup an hour before needing a shower. also, the tv service barely worked.
