we stayed in a pool access villa from october 10-13, 2024. the villa was spacious and ideal for families with kids. direct pool access kept everyone happy and entertained. going for a sunset kayak every evening was magical!!!
the restaurant service was slow and inefficient. the breakfast selection was limited. it took 30 minutes to receive our coffee.

the hotel is at a quiet end of the island. this makes it perfect. there were no boats or loud noises, and it was easy to hear the wind and exotic birds.

I found the pools very inviting, there are three of them and they are clean. Breakfast included a great variety, especially the fresh fruit. the staff were consistently friendly, their happy attitude. i especially enjoyed the thai massage they offer. It was great.
the restaurant service was occasionally slow, it caused some delays when ordering food. it was a very minor issue.

The resort sits right on the beach. the location is great. I was able to relax fully. the garden area is fine, it is maintained beautifully. the setting is very peaceful.

I was greeted with genuine warmth. The team was always smiling and ready to assist. My villa was impeccably clean and spacious. I totally enjoyed the private pool, it offered a secluded spot for relaxation. Fresh flowers in the villa were a lovely touch! I appreciated the personalized recommendations for local attractions.
The lunch menu did feel somewhat limited, still I always found something delicious!
