serenity amidst tea plantations

the villas are beautifully decorated and well-equipped, with a fine view of the tea plantations. the territory is very well maintained! the food was the best i tasted in sri lanka. i thought the attentiveness of the staff was wonderful!
I found that most activities require extra payment, unexpected for a wellness resort. The classic sunrise or sunset yoga sessions are not included.

the food tasted delicious, and the chef accommodated our dessert request, that felt thoughtful! the ice cream is homemade. fresh produce is farmed directly on site which adds such a unique touch.

the resort offers a wide array of sports facilities. this includes tennis, padel and a fully equipped gym! several hiking routes are available . the location provides lovely views!

The chalet had one king size bed on the lower level. two single beds were located on the upper level! the view from the balcony was particularly amazing. I enjoyed that detail greatly.

mixed experience at this hotel

the gym was spacious , which was acceptable.
The washroom felt old . It did not match the overall chalet. the shower was basic and there were no bathtubs. the beef sandwich contained a bone . It caused a minor chip in my tooth.

serene stay in hillside villa

i stayed in a spacious villa offering scenic views. the staff were consistently attentive. i enjoyed access to a full gym plus tennis facilities. it really is a great hillside getaway.
the swimming pool was unexpectedly small plus shaded. it wasn't quite what i'd hoped for in a wellness resort. it was hard to get sun by the pool.

The restaurant served very tasty meals. breakfast included a salad with fresh vegetables. the chef prepared everything well. The ingredients tasted like they came straight from a garden.
