the room ventilation seemed subpar the humidity. also finding reliable transport independent of the hotel proved difficult pickme didn't work there so i was stuck with their overpriced taxis

The manager was rude and combative. He wasn't at all responsive when I tried to address the issues. The staff needs additional training.

The mountain view from the king room was just amazing. i enjoyed having a very spacious room. It included a seating area. the service was attentive, and food requests were handled well, EVERYTHING was very smooth..
the hotel IS a bit remote, so plan your trips carefully.
