Really good Hotel Experience

The room was spacious and included high-quality fixtures. The bathroom was dreamy. It had lots of space, an excellent shower, and gorgeous lighting. Beds were so comfortable. Everything felt luxurious. A complimentary mini-bar and coffee and water were available, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Towels seemed like clouds of fluff.
I noticed that the service after check-in was a bit patchy.

The room offered easy control of the lamps. It was surely the best idea i have ever seen in a hotel. Arabic channels were available on the tv, a great addition for international guests, the staff were kind in all places.

The hotel provides convenient parking right below the lobby, though a nightly fee applies. The hotel stands close to the main train station, and a short subway ride of fifteen minutes gets you to the city center. The hotel is next to the wien hbf station.

the room felt spacious. breakfast had many choices, so i found something to eat. the staff are nice and they did help when i asked for things.
the coffee machine in my room don't have any directions, it was difficult to work out. the toilet and bathroom don't have different doors. i don't like the art in the room because it seem disorganized.

The location near the train station was a huge plus. It made getting around so easy. the room felt new, super clean and quiet, i found it very relaxing. the rooftop bar had gorgeous views, definitely a highlight. the neck support pillows were very welcome.
The hotel parking was quite expensive. I paid €80 for two nights. it is definitely something to consider when planning a trip.

The gym is well equipped. It has everything needed for a solid workout. the rooftop bar offered amazing views. The public spaces in the lobby were relaxing. free tea, coffee, cookies and bottled water are available in the lobby all day.

the room was spacious and had a nice view. it included drinks in the fridge. the bed was wide and comfortable and the bathroom was gigantic. the rooms are immaculate, so that's a plus.

the staff were always helpful and friendly. they genuinely want guests to have a wonderful stay. they take food intolerances seriously, so i felt very well taken care of. the front desk staff has a lovely personality.

my room HAD awesome art. The decor design was really interesting in general. Breakfast was top notch too.
the hotel seemed understaffed a bit. It took ages to get a coffee in the lobby.

The hotel's proximity to the central train station and U-bahn made travel simple. The room suited my family well. Staff members were helpful and even provided a birthday cake upon check-in for a family member. I found this VERY thoughtful. The gym operates 24/7 with good equipment.
I noticed that the hotel seemed a bit understaffed at times, making it occasionally slow to get a drink in the lobby.
