the location was convenient, close to public transport.
the room had a "private toilet", but it practically had no door. there was a common "door" for both toilet and shower, so you have no privacy.

A Stay with Some Drawbacks

The staff was the best part of my visit, they really go above and beyond. The rooms are amazing with such cute details. I also appreciated the robes.. and the radio.
The front desk wasn't the most helpful at times. I realized that the shower gel and hand soap were switched in the room, it was not a huge deal though. I could smell smoke from my room, it irritated my allergies.

difficult staffrude behavior
I found the barfly bar to be quite strange. the staff attitude wasn't so great, let me tell you. there was this lady on the door on saturday, december 6th, in the evening. She was particularly difficult, and rude.

the decor did look nice.
i found the room very dark. it was difficult to shave, and the lighting made makeup application a challenge. the lack of proper lighting impacted our daily routines.

the location was perfect. it was a short walk to the subway station. it got me everywhere i wanted quickly. the hotel has a 1920s theme. this went throughout the entire hotel with attention to detail.
the tv remote did not work. i asked for new batteries, but that did not help. i figured out it had a usb-c slot so i charged it. the breakfast organization was a shambles! our breakfast took a long time to be served.

I found the location very useful because it's near two subway stations. a shopping street is also nearby. the reception staff were amazingly helpful. They were also lovely. barfly's club has an extensive cocktail menu, it has great staff too.
i realized the shower gel and hand soap were switched in my room, but it was not a huge problem.
