a sweet stay near the opera
inviting lobby helpful staff perfect location
i found the lobby inviting and my room quite lovely! the front desk staff was both helpful and efficient. its location proved perfect to explore the sights and sounds, especially the evening concerts i was eager to attend.
i did find that the absence of tea-making facilities in the room was a slight inconvenience.

location be great, right next to the opera house, and it be easy to walk to many places. the staff were friendly, always ready to help with any questions i had. my room be clean and well kept.
I noted that the breakfast buffet had few hot options.

my double room had high ceilings, this gave it an airy feel, and the soundproofing meant it was quiet. the bed was so comfortable and i enjoyed relaxing after long days exploring.

The staff accommodated my requests kindly and were very attentive. I appreciated their effort. when i asked for a extra pillow, they brought it to me quickly. their service.

The breakfast offered many choices, even if it lacked hot dishes. I found it plentiful. the café next door may be excellent, but this be more cheaper. the breakfast was worth it.

The location was close to main areas. It was convenient.
The room was very small. There was no closet at all, just a few hangers. This felt more like a two-star hotel. It really disappointed me.

I'm beyond thrilled with my recent visit! The location is very nice. It's a short walk to the opera house. Public transport options are also very close. My room was super clean, and the air conditioning worked great, a HUGE plus. The prices at the bar are reasonable. I really enjoyed my stay.
I think it's a little odd that there were no coffee or tea facilities in the room. I think this addition would make things even better!

This hotel has an EXCELLENT location close to major attractions and transport hubs. Being near the opera house allowed convenient access to performances and cultural events. The area felt safe and walkable, which allowed exploring the city.
