Stylish and Centrally Located Hotel
beautiful decor helpful staff satisfying breakfast
The hotel's decor is beautiful, showcasing a high standard. I found the staff very helpful. They promptly addressed all requests. The breakfast selection offered many choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The room was well kept. I appreciated the cleanliness.
The orange juice container was often empty and required reminders to be refilled.

Breakfast featured a wide array of options, both hot and cold, including made-to-order items. Lunch included excellent quality ingredients and a beautiful selection of dishes. The service was quick and friendly. I always received prompt attention.

The hotel has a canal-side location that is convenient to many attractions, including the Nine Streets shopping area. The area felt quiet and safe at night. I felt secure . All of the attractions are within walking distance.

wasted canal view disappointing upper floor
i booked a room with a canal view. i paid extra for it, yet you have to stand right next to the window to see the canal. the last time, i had a room on a lower floor with a bench in the window, a perfect spot to sit and look at the canal. paying all that money for a canal view on the upper floors is just a waste. it was very disappointing. a wasted canal view, disappointing upper floor
