spacious room tea coffee making functioning air closed bar tram problem hourly payment
the room was spacious, which i liked. it had a fridge and facilities for making tea and coffee, i found that useful. a tram stop was right outside the hotel. the air conditioning worked well, i was comfortable.
The bar was not open in the hotel, even though the website said it was! i was disappointed by this. the tram outside wasn't working. The next closest tram was a 12-15 minute walk. we arrived early and had to pay €5 per hour to get into the room early. That was annoying.

Adequate stay with room service issues
dirty mug inadequate cleaning
The location offered a good price and access to public transportation.
I did not like the room service. Beds were not changed for me or my family, the room was not thoroughly cleaned. I found my mug dirty after room service. It had not been washed properly, so i washed it in the toilet sink.

Convenient Location, Clean Rooms
tram access easy access grocery store
The tram stop is right outside the hotel. It provided easy access to the city. I appreciated the proximity to local amenities. A short walk led to a Lidl supermarket where I purchased groceries.
The coffee milk provided was not sufficient for the amount of coffee available. :/

The reception staff were helpful, offering quick check-in and check-out via computer terminals. Staff facilitated an upgraded room when a smaller baby bed was requested and this was done without additional charge. This ensured a more comfortable experience.

The hotel is close to a tram stop. It is just across the road, VERY convenient. It allows reaching the city center within 20 minutes. The breakfast offered a good, variable selection to suit every taste. Affordable parking exists at the basement.
